1.Becoming a partner
Organizers apply through the Become a partner form. Ticketro reviews each application, may request company documents or an ID, and reserves the right to decline or later suspend any Organizer. Once approved you receive an Organizer workspace with your own team roles (owner, finance, staff, inspectors).
2.Your responsibilities
- Hold all licences, permits and venue agreements needed for the event.
- Publish accurate event details: date, venue, line-up, age limit, dress code, refund policy and any booking questions you require.
- Deliver the event as advertised, and honour every valid Ticketro ticket at the door.
- Review pending bookings promptly; unreviewed bookings may be auto-expired.
- Treat attendees fairly and comply with anti-discrimination and consumer protection law.
3.Fees, VAT and payouts
Ticketro charges a platform fee agreed on your Organizer profile (by default a percentage of the ticket price plus applicable VAT) and may charge the buyer a separate booking fee. Fees are itemised in your finance dashboard and on each event's financial report.
Net proceeds are paid out after the event is finalised and reconciled, minus refunds, chargebacks and fees. Payout timing and thresholds are shown in Finance → Payouts. You are responsible for your own tax obligations on ticket revenue.
4.Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks
- You must set a refund policy per event; Ticketro enforces it automatically.
- If you reject a paid booking, the buyer is refunded automatically and the amount is deducted from your balance.
- If you cancel an event, all buyers are refunded in full and Ticketro's platform fee on those tickets remains payable.
- Chargebacks caused by an Organizer's failure to deliver are charged back to the Organizer.
5.Attendee data
Attendee data you receive (names, answers to booking questions, check-in status) is provided solely to run the event you listed. You may not use it for unrelated marketing, share it with third parties, or export it beyond what the event requires. Large exports are logged and reported to your organization owner.
6.Check-in operations
You are responsible for assigning inspectors, opening and closing doors, and configuring checkpoints and access zones. Inspectors must use the Ticketro scanner; manual overrides are audited. Re-entry holds must be reviewed by a supervisor before an attendee is readmitted.
7.Brand and marketing
You may use the Ticketro name and logo to promote that tickets are available on Ticketro, following our brand guidelines. You may not imply Ticketro endorses or organizes your event. Ticketro may feature your public events on ticketro.org and in its marketing channels.
8.Suspension and termination
Ticketro may suspend an Organizer for fraud, repeated complaints, failure to deliver events or breach of these terms. On suspension, pending payouts may be held until all buyer claims are resolved. Either party may end the relationship with 30 days' notice; obligations for already-sold tickets survive termination.
